Yes. Your e-statements are accessed through our highly secure online banking system ONLY after you have provided the proper member number and password.
E-mail is not secure; your information could be read by others. Spokane Teachers never sends private financial information via e-mail. We urge members to adopt this practice, too, so that you only share financial information by telephone, FAX, or by making an online loan application or using our secure LiveChat instant messaging service.
Save time, postage, and paper. Plus, you'll never have to worry again about your statement getting lost or stolen in the mail. Your e-statement is secure, because it can only be viewed by you in the STCU's NetTeller® environment, your trusted online account access tool.
| Free | STCU e-statements cost you nothing. Read them. Forward them. Print them. Delete them. But never pay for them. |
|---|---|
| Value-added | STCU e-statements add value to your Credit Union membership, helping you to build wealth, to manage your money and time, and to keep you informed. |
| Anti-spam | We send e-statements only to those who want them. We won't fill your inbox with spam and you can unsubscribe at any time. |
| Short and sweet | STCU e-statements give you short bursts of helpful information. When necessary, we'll include a handy hyperlink to take you to a web page for more in-depth information. |
| Easy to manage | Every e-statement includes a link to a page where you can change/update your e-mail preferences. |
| Fast and convenient | An e-statement lets you retrieve your monthly statement online up to three days faster than U.S. Mail. At your convenience, of course. |
| Savings | STCU e-statements can save you time and money. Plus, you save STCU $1 each month in printing and postage associated with mailing a statement. |
| Secure | We never send private financial information by e-statements. Anything about your account must be retrieved by you using your own private password. |
