Gorgeous mahogany wood carved sofa with cream colored satin tufted upholstery. This piece is from the 1960's. No missing buttons in the tufting. 68" long and 42" high. Frame has top carved roses and curved front legs. It is in very good condition with minor wear on wood. Small discoloring on a 2" trim seam that was probably furniture polish. Can easily be cleaned. This would be a wonderful addition to your vicotrian home, or as a parlor sofa in an upscale bed and breakfast. Offers will be considered. $500.00. Cash only. Available now! In a variation of the "Nigerian Scam," some credit union members have been approached by scam artists posing as buyers. In this version of the scam, the "buyer" offers to purchase the item for sale but sends a cashiers check for an amount in excess of the purchase price. Then, the seller is asked to wire the excess amount to the fraudulent buyer. Later, the cashiers check is returned as a counterfeit item, and the depositor is responsible to make restitution to the financial institution for the full amount of the check.
