Would you like to know when STCU's online services are unavailable? Subscribe to downtime alerts and we'll notify you when critical services are down. For scheduled maintenance, we'll do our best to give you 72-hour notice. Please note: we do not send follow-up e-mails when service is restored, so bookmark this page if you want to monitor our progress.
Is a service listed above as "working" but you get errors suggesting it's down? Give us an electronic nudge by sending an e-mail describing which service and the nature of your difficulties to downtime@stcu.org.
We monitor submissions to this mailbox as closely as we can and update our services availability information when it's clear that it's not an isolated problem.
Importantly, we never reply to messages sent to downtime@stcu.org — it's purely your way of letting us know we may have a system that needs attention. If you have specific technical difficulties that required assistance, you would do best to leverage other help channels.
