Campus ATM robbed
STCU insured for losses in robbery at Eastern Washington University

A Spokane Teachers Credit Union ATM on the Cheney, Wash., campus of Eastern Washington University was robbed early Wednesday, September 21, law enforcement officers said.
No STCU personnel were affected by the robbery and the credit union is insured for any losses. In addition, no user information was compromised, STCU officials said.
Plans call for the ATM, located in the Pence Union Building, to be replaced in the near future, officials said. The ATM is temporarily unavailable and officials asked STCU members and others with access to the Co-Op network of ATMs to please use the ATM at the Cheney Branch.
EWU Police and the Washington State Crime Lab are handling the investigation.
