STCU's NetTeller® gives you quick and easy access 24-hours a day to your accounts from any computer or laptop connected to the Internet. Check your account balances, apply for a loan or certificate, pay your bills online, or take advantage of the many other features - all secure and confidential.
Getting Started
Here's what you need to get started on STCU's NetTeller:
- At least one STCU account.
- Access to a computer and the Internet.
- A valid NetTeller password.
- A recommended browser.

- At least one STCU account.
- Access to a computer and the Internet. For best results, use a broadband Internet connection such as DSL, cable (coaxial), satellite connectivity, or a dial-up connection with a 28.8 bps modem or higher.
- A valid NetTeller password. Don't have a NetTeller password? Give us a call and we'll get you set up.
- A computer that's sufficiently powerful to run these browsers. For best results, we recommend using a monitor that supports at least 256 colors and a resolution of at least 800 by 600 pixels.
- Recommended browser requirements. Your "browser" is the software that you use to view pages of information on the World Wide Web. Not all web browsing software is equipped with the security features necessary to ensure your financial privacy and preserve the integrity of your accounts. STCU strongly urges that you use one of these browsers with 128-bit security when visiting STCU's NetTeller:
Benefits and Features
- 24-hour account information. Check your accounts on nights or weekends, while you're on vacation, or from your home or office computer or laptop, anytime. Open 24-hours a day.
- Transfer from one deposit account to another. Moving money between any of your savings and checking accounts only takes a couple of clicks of your mouse. You can even get a VISA® cash advance by transferring available funds on your credit card to one of your other accounts.
- No access fees. Access STCU's NetTeller for free to check accounts and transfer funds. We don't even charge you for the postage to mail in your bills through BillPay. The only fees you'll find at all come from things like check orders and statement copies.
- Free online BillPay. Paying bills online is simple. Set up a list of payees. Then when it's time to pay your bills, you go into STCU's NetTeller, choose the payee, and indicate the amount of the bill. NetTeller will issue a check and mail it to the payee directly. Make sure to allow time for postal delivery.
- Apply for a loan. Fill out loan paperwork for a new or used car, boat, RV, personal, or computer loan at home in the evening or on weekends. You can apply electronically, or you can print out the online application and mail it to us. We'll respond within one business day of receiving your application.
- Open an online certificate. This dependable investment option is available to you online. STCU's NetTeller walks you through the simple process. You can chose from standard or specialty certificates and transfer funds from one STCU account to open your certificate.
- Order checks. Log on to STCU's NetTeller to submit your check order, and expect your checks in 10-14 business days. The nominal charge for new checks is automatically deducted from your account.
- Check to self. If you live outside of the Spokane area, we'll send you a check for the funds you need from your account. Through STCU's NetTeller, just let us know how much to make the check out for and from what account.
- View prior statements. A quick way to check your account history.
- View checks. View front-and-back images of your cleared checks.
- Direct deposit. Keep tabs on your automatic transfers with STCU's NetTeller. (see Direct Deposits for details)
- Check tax information. Access your up-to-date tax information on your interest earning accounts. View last year's interest/dividend amount, year-to-date interest/dividend, year-to-date and last year's withholdings, and year-to-date and last year's penalties.
- Stop payment on checks. If your checks are lost or stolen, you can stop payment easily on STCU's NetTeller.
- Order Electronic Statements. You no longer have to wait for your statement to arrive by mail. It's instantly available to you online using STCU's NetTeller.
