Got an account at another credit union? It's OK. A lot of people do that.
But wouldn't it be nice if those accounts could talk to each other?
Now they can! Thanks to STCU's participation in the shared branching network, you can transfer funds and conduct other business between your STCU accounts and your accounts held at other participating credit unions.
Simply call toll-free at (866) 692-8669 and a representative at the CU Service Centers® call center will assist you. Please be ready with your account numbers at both institutions when you call.
If you're calling from overseas, use the local international code at 011-734-556-4450.
The CU Service Center is a network that electronically and securely connects your account information between participating credit unions. This allows you to perform basic transactions in person or by telephone when you can't get to one of STCU's convenient branch locations.
Think of it as a "Super CATT" telephone service for members, but without the automation. (CATT is an acronym for Computer-Aided Telephone Teller, a popular telephone teller service provided by STCU.)
Managing your credit union accounts from a single source? What a concept. Try it today!
